of Lava Records) with giving Nick his start in the music business.

of the band by Atlantic's President Doug Morris, and RATT

practiced entertainment law and corporate litigation for three
years. By 1989, Doug Morris hadnít forgotten Nick's keen ear,

worked with artists as diverse as Jose Carreras (of AThree
Tenors@ fame ), Savatage, Testament, Man -O- War, Die Warzum,
Saigon Kick and Winger.
