Paige Nienaber
Paige Nienaber is VP/Fun 'N Games (ostensibly Marketing and
Promotions) for Clifton Radio and CPR. Between the 2 entities
he consults 40 of the largest and most successful stations
in the industry. Stations from Power 96 in Miami to Wild 94.9
in San Francisco, where he was the Promotion Director in '92
when that station was launched.
He started in Portland, Oregon in 1981 as Research Director
at AOR giant KGON. In 1983 he went to Emmis' WLOL in Minneapolis
where he slaved in the stations Promotions Department for
six years. In 1989 he went to Beaseley Rhythm/Top 40 "Kiss
102" in Charlotte, NC and in 1991 headed went to KSOL
in San Francisco where he and consultant Jerry Clifton started
"Wild 107", the first station to use that moniker.
Based in Minnesota, Paige also writes the daily Promotions
column for the popular All Access website, and in the past
penned Radio columns for "Gavin" and "Hitmakers".
