Richard Cavanagh

Richard Cavanagh is a Partner with CONNECTUS Consulting Inc. of Ottawa, a firm specializing in strategic management of public policy issues for industry, government and NGOs. Richard has crafted a broad public policy expertise through executive experience inside some of Canada's leading industry-based national associations, including a recent four-year term as Vice President, Radio with the Canadian Association of Broadcasters. Combined with a doctorate in social sciences, Richard has written, researched, and lead issues-based stakeholder-driven projects in the fields of media industries, technology, social policy and intellectual property.
