Bruce Morrison

Mr. Morrison's Box Office experience began as the first Box Office seller hired for the new Centrepointe Theatre (cap 990) in Nepean, Ontario in May of 1988, where he held positions as Box Office Supervisor and Supervisory Assistant (Theatre) until January of 1992.

In August of 1992, while continuing at Centrepointe Theatre, he acted as Front of House supervisor with the Ottawa Shakespeare Festival (tent theatre, 300 capacity) for a three-week run of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and returned to the Festival in May of 1993 Box Office and Front of House manager for productions of "Macbeth" and "The Tempest".

In September 1993, he accepted a position with Ticketmaster Canada as Box Office Manager for the O'Keefe Centre (now the Hummingbird Centre) (cap 3200) in Toronto, Ontario. In January 1995, he was promoted to Client Services Manager for Ticketmaster's Toronto operations, followed in1998 by a move to Assistant General Manager for Ticketmaster in Toronto. In March of 2000 he moved to the position of General Manager in Toronto. In June of 2001 he was given additional responsibilities for the Ottawa market, and became General Manager ‚ Ontario overseeing both the Toronto and Ottawa Ticketmaster operations

Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University, and is an active member of the International Ticketing Association (INTIX), and the Ontario Professional Ticketing Association (OPTA).
