Jackie Freiberg

Jackie is an owner and the managing partner of Freibergs.com. In addition
to speaking, she juggles the multiple priorities of overseeing the
firm's day-to-day operations, marketing its services, and managing
client relationships and consulting partnerships.

Jackie makes a priority of staying well informed and continually looks
for learning opportunities. She is known for sharing first-hand insights,
experiences and strategies. Jackie's messages and ideas do NOT come

gutsy leaders, talented people, and turned-on customers. Jackie earned
her master's degree in Communication from San Diego State University
and her doctorate in Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Business Leader
Jackie works with Gutsy leaders who are willing to be both committed and involved in creating GREAT places to work. Jackie co-founded the Family Business Institute at the University of San Diego. She also worked with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company to design the first-ever CD-ROM training tool for family-owned businesses and provided expert commentary on the complex and engaging issues facing family businesses. Jackie served as an executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership where she worked with senior level decision-makers on how to improve their leadership skills. And as a former director of the Institute for Quality and Productivity, Jackie provided companies with training and education to enhance their product and service quality.
