Joey Scoleri

Joey began his career as Music Director Q107 Toronto, rising to Program Director at age 26. He hosted afternoon drive for 5 years achieving the highest ratings in that slot up to that point in the Q107's history. In 1992 Joey put together the Q107 15th Anniversary Concert "Q-Stock" featuring The Black Crowes, 75,000 listeners attended making it the largest free show in North America that year. Joey also hosted YTV's National Daily Entertainment show "Rock N' Talk" for a year. In 1996, Scoleri moved to NYC as National Director Promotion and was involved in the highly successful launch of Third Eye Blind, the first Motley Crue re-union and the 5 milion selling Metallica record "Load". After a brief stint hosting mornings at 103.5 in Toronto, Joey moved to LA and became VP of Disney's Hollywood Records. He has been been instrumental in the # 1 chart success of the "Mission Impossible 2" Soundtrack, the gold-selling "Varisty Blues" Soundtrack, the critically acclaimed Los Lobos, various Queen Re-Packages and the upcoming tour, and Hollywood Records firt-ever platinum Rock orignal signing - Breaking Benjamin. Joey currently lives in LA, I single and has no kids he is aware of.
