Richard Flohil Richard Flohil has headed his own publicity, editorial and concert promotion company in Toronto for close to 40 years, working on a variety of projects with artists as varied as Loreena McKennitt and Serena Ryder, the Downchild Blues Band and Justin Rutledge, Eric Idle and Billy Connolly, and (to list some dead people) Miles Davis and Benny Goodman. He works closely with Stony Plain Records, and has edited Applaud! Magazine for the last two years - a publication designed to promote Canadian music on an international basis. His motto, adopted from the late John Lee Hooker: "It's too LATE to stop now!" |
